We are a friendly  new group meeting monthly on Monday mornings from 10am to approximately midday. The group is for beginners or more experienced people, who would like to sketch or paint in any medium they choose - pencil, pastel, paint, ink etc. Together each month we plan to choose an interesting outdoor venue in Bath to meet up and then spend about one and a half hours doing our art, before seeking refreshments nearby to chat and share in a supportive way. In wet or cold weather we aim to find a sheltered venue.

The group leaders want this to be a group that could meet throughout the year, including the winter when we book an indoor space during the colder months.

There is no fee for this group. There is no professional tutoring offered, but the enjoyment of the activity, learning from each other and the company.

Please bring your own paper and materials and any ideas of good places to draw in Bath, near bus routes and refreshments, to visit.
