We are a very informal group discussing the week's news and usually a member will present a subject they are interested in with a few facts and figures, such as:

• Energy Supplies/Sustainable energy
• Refugees and Migration
• The United Nations
• Chinese influence in Africa
• Putin's Russia
• Elon Musk's Influence
• Country Profiles e.g. recently Bulgaria and Sudan
• North/South divide
• Think Tanks

There is no pressure on the members to research a topic and it does not have to be a hugely researched presentation..... just an introduction to a topic which will inspire a discussion.

We meet in a very nice room upstairs of a central pub where drinks may be purchased and also those present contribute £1 pp towards the charity MIND at the request of the landlady.
