Formed in 2014, Embroidery for Pleasure is a group of individuals, with a range of experience and ability yet all with enthusiasm for using a needle and thread.

We learn by working together on projects using various needlework techniques and incorporating individual design choice, in order to share our ideas, knowledge and skills.

We enjoy working together on a themed project as it shows how the same pattern/technique can turn out so differently with a change of thread, stitch or colour etc.

Whilst working on these projects, members also bring their own individual projects to work on, ensuring the whole group is ready to move on at the same time.
